It's from the singer Zhanna Friske off her new solo ablum "Zhanna". I know "Где" means "where" but other than that I'm lost. I truely appreciate all the help I can get. Thank you.

Wow, they know Zhanna abroad ;)! How great!!! :) I like that our singers are wide known! :) You can also ask other sentences from the songs if you want ;)!

The sentence means: "Somewhere in the summer (or sometime in the summer), stars were smiling at us"
