Plus que parfait:

J'avais eu / I had had
tu avais eu
il avait eu
nous avions eu
vous aviez eu
ils avaient eu

Imparfait:

j'avais / I had / I used to have / I was having (it depends of the situation)
tu avais
il avait
nous avions
vous aviez
ils avaient

Plu-que-parfait is called pluperfect or past perfect in English

J'avais eu: I had had
J'avais écouté: I had listened.

Imparfait may be translated as simple past, past progressive (aka past continuous) or "used to", depending on the context.

J'etais: I was, I was being (unlikely, but for some other verbs it could be this one), I used to be

Je regardais: I watched (unlikely in this case), I was watching or I used to watch

I didn't give the thumbs-down, but if I had it would have been because "aller" IS one of the vandertramp verbs so it's "j'étais allé(e)" and j'avais and j'étais end with s.

if you're asking for the imparfait endings you have to take the nous form of the verb you are going to use. take off the ons and add this in the form u are using

je-ais
tu-ais
il/elle/on-ait
nous-ions
vous-iez
ils/elles-aient

For example: je parlais,tu parlais,il parlait, nous parlions, vous parliez, ils parlaient

plus que parfait is the imparfait form of etre and avoir plus the passe ending

the endings are
ais ions
ais iez
ait aient

so if you wanted to say i had gone to the movies you'd say

j'avais allee au cinema.

also you use etre for vandertramp and reflexive verbs and avoir for everything else
