anyway , him , (all) what he is telling is rubbish .(or non sens) .

the term "lui " and "il " reprsents the same personn , repetition is made ton insist you could translate by"really" .

It means "I agree with you." Sometimes shortened to "D'accord" like we might say "agreed". There is an initially free programme called 'Babylon' available on the internet which translates text for you if you highlight the words. Dead easy to use. Perfect for dealing with the local Smart Alec and I have even used it for some lovely chats with a gor-geous Italian I met through a dating site! My Italian is very limited but this programme was brill! OK some of the translation was a bit 'loose' but that made us both laugh - and yes, I did confess I was using it (almost straight away!) LOL!
