"I helped unpeel her shorts a little.......Brown Wella hair licked her body all the way down to her buns, where gray cotton tangas peeped out; clefted heaven in workaday dew."
Please mean or translate it exactly in English(from " where gray cotton tangas... "till the end), because it's part of a novel that I want to traslate it.
Esp. I don't know the meaning of tangas, and what does the author refer by: clefted heaven in workaday dew
(Sorry if it may seems to you rude or vulgur. it's just part of a novel)

I am from Mumbai and have been educated in English Medium. The irony is that I have always been good at written English, but very average in speaking the language. I compose poetry in English, listen to English music, watch English movies and read English novels when time permits. But, try as I may, I never seem to be able to speak English fluently. The problem is that everyone around me speaks incorrect English ("Hinglish" if you will) so I donot seem to have anyone to talk to in order to improve my skills. I am planning to continue my education in the US of A and want to be able to converse with the native English speakers there. Please help.

Islamicly, the most heinous lie is against God, His prophets, His revelation, and bearing false witness. We should be careful not to make false excuses like ‘I was too busy or I forgot,’ or say words that can be taken as promises by others like ‘I’ll call back tomorrow,’ with no such intention.

What I mean is, when they say the name of someone and then add Kan,niichan. chan, siempi (sorry I know thats spelled wrong) and all the rest that I'm missing. Is it by gender or Age, how and when and what do you use ? I would love to know.
