I'm studying engineering but i also love languages a lot. I tried to learn hebrew on my own, it was pretty easy though i need to get used to those sounds from the back of the tongue (you know, like german, arabic guttural sounds kh/ch ). The reason why i was interested in hebrew is because of biblical literature and personal spiritual reasons (and i like it)
My question is: in what other way can hebrew be beneficial to me as in interacting with others? Coz i just feel like it's hard to find hebrew-speaking people (I don't think Jews might want to communicate with me bcoz i think they tend keep their culture for themselves, maybe i'm wrong but I would understand if they cherish so much their language and culture)
