Martha did give you a good answer but instead of holidays...in this case..."vacaciones" means vacation or break it could also mean holidays but vacation and break are more apporpriate here.

Here all translate word by word so you can pick up a few things.

Que (What) haces ( do you do) durante (during) las (the/your) vacaciones (break / vacation)? Donde (where) vas (do you go)

Que (what) hiciste ( did you do) durante (during) las (the)
vacaciones de navidad/semanta santa (Christmas/Holy week break?)

I think this looks like homework. One is the verb hacer in the present tense, and the other is in the past tense.
