well........the word EAT has only one translation. and it is COMER
You cant translate it as almorzar, merendar, desayunar o cenar.
Each of them has the own translation

The action of COMER can be done at different times, so that is why it changes..from breakfast...lunch....dinner...etc
But if what you want is the translation for EAT the only is COMER

When you say... I'll go to have lunch....you translate it : Iré a almorzar

Same if you say...I'll go to have dinner.......Iré a cenar

COMER, ALMORZAR, CENAR, are different verbs, but they all make the same action.

Hope it helps

Well, besides the ones you've said, there's also ''Ingerir and alimentarse.''' I'm Colombian.

In Colombia, there are also some other sinomyns for eat, but there very colloquial and vernacular, it's just for you to know:

Tragar, embutirse/

You shouldn't call out ppl for spelling when YOU also spelled wrong.

"Your" going to fail should be "you're"
