im chinese and ill just type in chinese kk.

and now in english chinese type:
si sue san shi yi jiu wu yi

Umm, it's be in symbols. Use the chart below to translate.

Chinese people write dates from largest to smallest, Like YYYY/MM/DD

so just write 1951 nian, si-yue (si-yue directly translated is "4-month") then 30 ri.

couldn't just write out that date in just numbers. It would have to be characters. You are trying to send a birthday wish to a chinese person aren't you. Best luck is to go to the local chinatown and ask a merchant.
