You're English sounds pretty good to me! Keep practicing. You could try writing longer pieces of text and have some the these people here try and help you correct them. Look over your mistakes carefully, and think about how you can use that information to help you with your next text. It's helping me with my German a lot. Good luck!

Ciao Dea Madre,
Benvenuto in Inghilterra.
Sono inglese ma imparo italiano. Penso che il tuo inglese e meglio che il mio italiano.
Mal di stomaco = stomach ache or, more informally, tummy pains.
Ciao e buona fortuna.
Baci

Io non parle Italiano. Buon giorno, signorina! Your English is very good. I had a wonderful holiday a few years ago in Sorrento (and Capri, Vesuvius, Naples, etc) and I think that Italy is FANTASTICO!
