I'm not really sure what your question is, but if I saw some German tourists, I would speak to them in German so that I could get some practice with native German speakers.

If i saw a german tourist I would talk to them in German. I don't really get the point of your question. It would be cool to see some german tourists (we don't get many in ohio).
