Hello! I am Spanish native speaker, I will make a funny question: We (spanish speakers) sometimes use something called "jeringoza" to talk in a sort of code to a friend. For example to say:
- Hola como estas? - we say
- Hopolapa copomopo espetaspa?
Once I saw in a movie (in english) that the characters speak some language like that, I hope if you could teach me how to speak it. thank you

For those saying, wrongly, that Flemish and Dutch are the same, come over here in West-Flanders. Ours is a language on it's own. But, apparently, somebody decided people should speak Common Dutch in Flanders, making our language sound like a patois. So, if you state that flemish an dutch are one, why do they subtitle us on tv and not one from Antwerp or Limburg ? Talk about being hypocrits...

What are the advantages of knowing a language apart from your mother tongue, besides being able to communicate with people from other countries? Right now, I am learning German and French. If I lived in, or visited either of those countries the language would of course be very useful. But if I lived in the US, how could those languages help me? Say I learned to speak French but didn't like French people (this isn't true at all so don't get offended!!), then what use would French be?

Problem is, she sometimes will speak in english but say certain things in Spanish. We want her to know both langauges, but realize they are different. How can we do this without confusing her?
