I think you mean "Dios mamacita, tu eres muy guapa" which is, God girl, you are very pretty!

It probably should read: "¡Dios, mamacita, tu eres muy guapa!" Which means, "Oh my God, mama you are gorgeous!" (Guapa means: good-looking, pretty, beautiful, etc. depending on the level of excitement and empathizes that is placed on the word, and mamacita is the dimunitive for mama; literally, "little mother.")
Depending on what followed that phrase can either be a high compliment or just a pickup line.

It really means: Goodness, babe you are so good looking!
people translate things in such a way that does not send the correct, precise msg across, in the spanish and english language there are what's called idioms, modismos, modismos are things from that native language that no matter what, won't translate into something else because the difference in culture and modalities, anyhow, this is really what it means. and the word guapa means: good looking, attractive, beautiful

Means ooo baby girl you are lookin' really really sharp....
Just about literally and it is mostly real informal.
If you don't know the guy him using tu eres could be disrespectful.
