I looked up kvetching on dictionary.com and it said persistent whining or complaining. I am a Christian and I do not want to walk around with a mug that most people translate as a bad word. Help!

How would I say these in Spanish?

1. Susan and Dave argued for months. Dave soon became fed up with Susan and shot her with a crossbow.

2. Juan and Emily took a plane to New York where they rented a hotel room and never came out. The police found them three weeks later dead from a drug overdose.

Thanks!

Just caught up with CNN news. They were talking about the Litvinenko inquiry from Moscow.

Now, i could be wrong here, but when the CNN reporter pronounced Moscow " Moss - cow" (yes cow as in beef), I was a little confused.

As far as Im aware, the city is known as "Moss-co" (Co, as in coat)...

Enlighten me please, I don't accept for a minute that this is an accent issue.

:)

How do you say "I love soccer?"

2006-12-07 10:13:15 · 20 answers · asked by ~{las rosas son rojas}~ 2

It goes 'Spiritus septus in nomine. Deus et te domino' from the Kate Bush song Waking the Witch (Hounds of Love album).
From the little Latin I've picked up and the fact it's obviously religion orientated I'm thinking it means 'In the name of the father, the son and the holy spirit.' Can anyone who actually knows tell me if I'm correct or not?
