It is somewhat slang and a few spellings The that means is: I go away a few greetings for you. An correct reply could be ''Danke, Grüße zurück '' or ''Danke ebenso''. EDIT I do not talk German ''Ich spreche kein Deutsch'' or bigger '' Ich spreche nicht intestine Deutsch '' that means I am now not a fluent speaker I trust Conny SPR's translation is not sensible in any respect most of the time this kind of nugatory on-line translation web sites.
