Some names you cannot translate into spanish and you do NOT add an "el" or "la" in front of a name. You can pronounce them with an accent but some you cannot translate some. For example, Jarod is "hah-rehd" but it' not really a translation. But a name like Brittany can be Bretana.

Your name Jarod has evolved with the ages, before it was Jaret, Garret, Gareth (in the middle ages), and it all comes from Gerard. Therefore, your name in Spanish would be Gerardo.
Olivia stays the same.
Great name!

Jarod would be pronounced Harod (with a long o sound)
and Olivia would be pronounced the same except the first i is pronounced as a long e. Spelling is the same.

Just put an "el" or "la" in front... for added flair, add an "a" or "o" to the end

Example:

Kelton = El Keltono
Jessica = La Jessica-a
