I speak English.I was born in the US. That's not my fault! I pay for good customer service. People who are in this business should be made to take classes or something!
This is my pet peeve. I verify ins. every day and ususally end up talking to someone on the other side of the planet!! Help!!

Through the history of the english language,many styles of writing and spellings have been changed in the past,why must people get so annoyed just because someone didn't follow the rules.English evolved from other languages.Why don't understand,that nothing should have rules and laws.But everything should be allowed to evolve.

how do you call the person in english who for example greets you and then wipes his/her hand, or is disgusted when someone kisses him/her? Or when the food is not very attractive this person would refuse to eat, because of this trait.

When a boy grows up he is called a man, usually around 18 in American culture. Why is it that the term "boyfriend" applies to all ages? A woman would call the man she's dating her boyfriend whether he is 67 or 12. It doesn't make much sense. Shouldn't the word change to manfriend and womanfriend the same time you change from being a boy/girl to a man/woman? Is there some reason the words didn't evolve this way over time? Thanks.
