it means YOU,
vos is commonly used in some countries from central and South America instead of tú; but they mean the same thing.
... que si me enamoro sea de vos...a Dios le pido..
if i fall in love, fall for you..i ask to God... (sounds better in Spanish...i can´t translate it literally)

There's are a lot of very bad answers on this question.
"Vos" is a common way of saying "you" (singular) in some Central & South American countries. (It's hardly ever used that way anymore in Spain.) As used in those coutries, it is NOT a short form of "vosotros," which would be plural.
By the way, if you listen to Tango lyrics, "vos" shows up in just about every song.

The song says "vos" and that means you.
I don't remember if it also says "voz" which means voice.
