The accent is on O (Tablón). If it is written in all capitals, then the accent is not required (TABLON).

There is an accent. No un-borrowed Spanish word (besides 3rd plural preterite verbs) ends in "on" without an accent.

If you want to use proper orthography, it's "tablón". However, many Spanish speakers don't use these marks and nobody seems to misunderstand. If it's an informal context (like e-mail) they actually don't expect them. My friends mention it if I put them in in e-mail or letters.
