how do you call the person in english who for example greets you and then wipes his/her hand, or is disgusted when someone kisses him/her? Or when the food is not very attractive this person would refuse to eat, because of this trait.
I do not mean that this is a bad quality, i am just asking how do you call it. What is the most common word?

It could be someone who has O.C.D., a germaphobe, something that someone can not help. All of the answerers that said something negative about someone who acts like this should go screw themselves, it is very ignorant to make fun of people who have a disorder.
