is a case in point.

Are there really so many people in this world who have so little respect for other humans that they make fun of them like this? Perhaps they have never been humiliated themselves.

Should one report them for 'Insulting other Participants' or would that not be Christian?

I don't live in the USA so I don't even know if it's true or just an urban myth.

But assuming it is true, with all the poeple complaining about what an indignity it is that some company somewhere would dar to try to cater to as many people as possible, my question is this:

Is pressing that big old '1' button such a difficult thing to do? Does it really effect your ability to live your life? It takes, what, 1/10th of a second?

i understood Arabic to be a very ancient language, and that accounts for its immense vocabulary. But if the language is less than 2000 years old, it's not so ancient. How old is Aramaic? Would this account for the highly developed Arabic language? Please don't refer me to Wikipedia, their information is limited.

Much like the Irish spoke Gaelic before the English invaded I was curious to know what the native tongue was.

I have always been interested in how people can tell the difference (or how they can't) between accents, English especially.

Mainly, I'd like to know the difference between a British, Australian, and American accent when the person is speaking English. What about if someone's accent is from another language and they speak English. What would that be like?

I personally have heard a lot of different accents but I can never tell the difference between them. I don't know why but for example when someone tells me that two particular people are speaking with a British accent, but I can clearly understand one and not the other, I don't get it.

I got interested because my whole life, a lot of people everywhere I go (including people like sales assistants) keep on guessing what my accent is and they always have different opinions. Some said I had a British accent, some said American, some said Australian, etc... even a couple had thought I spoke in a French or Japanese accent.

I could have asked him myself but I guess I was too shy. The person was freely entering Chinese Logographs on what we'd think of as a 'normal' keyboard. How does someone do this? By memorising the Unicode values of every Chinese character?

Hi! I'm trying to translate this japanese text but I find it difficult...can somebody please help me???

I always see or hear this words being mentioned in books, shows, or whatever, I'm just confused why "your wish is my command" is used when the wish is an order to perform.
