Seems like a great pun to me. As the previous answerer has said, 'Happy Hour' is the time in a bar when drinks are cheaper. Auer, apparently, refers to people from either Moritzburg or Ora, Southern Tyrol. So an Auer who was happy would be a 'Happy Auer'. Cute!

Do you mean "Happy Hour"? If so, it's usually what pubs ( bars) have where they might ,for example have beer or spirits at half price. That makes you happy.
