wow, I remember that it was at least mentioned in the news when I was a kid. Nowadays I dont hear anything about it. Could it just be that is less important in California?

Last Year i had a b'day party and only 2 people showed up even though everyone RSVP . This year if i have the party it will be a lingerie party with strippers, and to celebrate my 21st bday plenty of alcohol. one of my best friends is one of those people that would ruin a birthday party. i know this sounds wierd but she is still one of my really good friends. i REALLY dont want to invite her to my party. what do u think... cuz if i do and invite her...it would be ruined. if i do and dont invite her she would be super offeneded and probly hate me. should i just not have a party??
