is it legal in california, to set off fireworks that you bought during the 4th of july, for new years? at midnight of course, and they are legal.

Just wanted to say Happy New Year to everyone! How, if you did, bring in the New Year? I went all out. Celebrated with a diet Mt. Dew and a half of bowl of spaghetti. Woo Hoo! Peace and good luck to everyone in the new year. Everyone please pray that our troops get to come home before 07 is gone.
