Garlic bread...did you have garlic bread with your spaghetti? Spaghetti just isn't spaghetti without garlic bread! I celebrated New Year's by watching the movie, "Walk the Line" in which Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon chronicle the lives of Johnny Cash and June Carter. Kinda eerie, but when I took the DVD out and switched back to TV, the real Johnny Cash and the real June Carter were performing a duet together on a rerun of the old TV series, "Heehaw". What are the odds of that happening? I have to admit, it gave me the chills. Anyway, Happy New Year to you as well, and I hope the upcoming year is both a healthy and prosperous one for you.

Haven't brought the New Year in yet, its only 10:30 here. So hey, how does the New Year look?
You certainly had more fun then I will as you ought to be able to tell since I'm on the computer answering questions. My 19 year old left an hour ago and I'll worry about her until she returns, but its my 16 year old that I'm worrying the most because she's been living with her dad and he lets her do whatever she wants. So no telling where she is, especially since there has been some very serious concerns about her.
God is always working, so all I can do is put them in His hands. He's got some mighty big ones, which is a good thing as I imagine there are probably a lot of moms, and dads too, that are praying for their kids'safety right now.
Happy New Year!!!
and yes, it would be wonderful to have 2007 become the year that says it is best to send our troops home, they've done their job and served their country well.

Happy New Year to you too!!!! My fiance and I stayed home together and watched TV. We were in bed about 9pm, so we didn't see the new year in. It actually started raining just after midnight, so this is a good sign for 2007!
As for the troops, yeah, its time they downed tools and called it a day. I can't see anything changing over there in a real hurry. I think it would've happened by now.
Take care everyone!!!!

LOL!
I was on here, asnwering a question, when the fireworks went off outside. So I called my spouse who has to be several states away, talked to him, and listened to the scaredy-cat dog bark at the fireworks. Oh, and the Law and Order SVU marathon is on TV.
