Come on! Come up with ideas, I'll start off:

This is the last day you'll ever be able to date something with 2006...and for it to be accurate....

This is the last day the clock on your computer will ever say 2006, unless you set it back.

I think it's just another excuse to give people with cushy federal jobs a day off. I mean no disrespect to Mr. Ford, but honestly... how many people are really going to using the day as "remembrance"? Gimme a break. I just think it's a bit over the top. If I remember correctly, tradition says that you should eat black eyed peas on New Year's Day for good luck. Someone also told me that you should put a penny or dime into the peas and whoever gets the money will have the best luck all year long. Anyone else heard of this??? If so, what is it -- a dime or penny?

Should I bring down the christmas tree before the new year or after. Everyone has their own opinion and traditions. Since this is our first Christmas together with my wife and children in our own place... What do you think: Up or Down... and Why?

Yes, I know others are wondering, now I am expressing it too. It seems that we always have a reason to celebrate, and why not pour a glass of wine or other simliar intoxicating drink to celebrate the celebrating? Why? I propose we petition for a new holiday "Sober Day" where everyone realizes that they too can not drink and still be merry......Its New Year's Eve, 80% of America is drinking? Yes or no? Why?

all they are going to do is loss it and when the next year comes are you are going to probaly have a arc enemy and yall are going to try to out do each other and end up spending christmas money for some lights i could see if it was on a christmas tree but why on a house. i bet if everyone in the world put there money together of how much they spend on outside chrisrmas lights it would be more than 35billion or everymore higher than that so whats they point of out door decoration more money to spend when you could just give it to a neddy family in america our if you every watched bet in the morning and thoses sad little kids that be on there with big stomachs and it is empty just think about it next time you buy so many lights
happy new years
p.s. dont you agree with me about the folishness in the world these days and the money that should be on a limit
