Its 2007 here in Australia. In America its 2006 with 5 hours to go until the new year. How odd is that?

Pretty odd! How's 2007? Ha-ha. I'm staying home this New Year's, my mom just had a baby girl, and I have a relative in the hospital. :[ This is quite a memorable New Year's for me.

But it's like that in many countries. I guess the time zone thing messes up our New Year's, eh?

It is weird. It's like you are talking to the past, and we are reading a message from the future.

I always thought a good premise for a short story might be a telephone that can call the past and future. The conflict would be the person dialing would have to convince the person answering that they are from a different time. Not much action to it, but it might be interesting.

Ya I got a kick out of that when I turned on the T.V. this morning and they were showing fireworks and celebrating in the streets. I just never think of stuff like that. Anyway regardless of the time, hope you have a Happy New Year.

yeah, the time zone thing has always been really confusing. Like one side of the world being night while the other is day, or how in one state it's 10:00 and in another it is 9:00. Pretty freaky.

Same feeling for me!
And it has been for a while!
Loving some people very much in your country...
They sleep when I don't, I do when they don't and above all we do not watch nor the Moon in the same shape nor the same stars!
Yes, Dear! It's very weird!
It's such a small planet compares to the Universe!
