Something that is simple, could be a New Years Resolution. One year, I vowed to make my bed every morning when I got out of it. I did this every day for about a month and it became a habit. I choose that because I knew it was a small commitment that I could stick to. You could do that, too, and then each year, you cold make them more and more complex.

1. Work out more often.
2. Eat healthier.
3. Delete myspace.
4. Save money.
5. Get good grades.

hi i am katrina and i suggest something like maybe if u want to go on a diet or maybe try to quit smoking or drinking (if those r some of the habits u have)anything that u dont like about urself that u can change stilll being comfortable with yourself make it ur new years resolution

Trying not to be so short tempered, sometimes I don't even realize that what I say can be snappy.
That and I'm going to try to conquer my fear of heights by bunjee (totally spelled that wrong) jumping from a helicopter........3 years running and still haven't done it.

my resolution is gonna be to try and have more patience. and of course, quit smoking, cussing and lose some weight without having to diet or exercise.. Ha!!!

I want to be a better person this year and try to do to others as I want them to do to me. I have tried to quite smoking lose weight all that junk, why not try something my body won't have to suffer.
