Enjoy it while you can. I only wish I could be with my family, laughing and having a good time. Instead, I'm in a one bedroom apt by myself... having issues with my boyfriend, who is at work... spending New Year's Even alone and just plain lonely. Be happy that you're around loved ones. For those of you who keep posting those sorts of answers/questions, maybe your New Year's resolution should be to appreciate your blessings.

We're having no celebrations besides the fact that my mom and sisters are going to the Temple to pray and then at 12 they'll celebrate there. It seems soooooooo boring. I'm thinking if I should go or not.

I'm staying home this new year's and I'm 20 years old...I feel like such a loser. I was suppossed to go out with a friend but she is going out with someone else and my other friend won't be done with her party in time to go see the fireworks downtown. I was invited to my other friends house but her whole family is just gonna be there and her brother whose my age and I don't really wanna stick around with them. Here's to hoping next year I get a better social life!

I worked all day and I'm exhausted. It's also about 20 degrees outside. My boyfriend's at work and we also aren't on the best of terms. I just don't feel like partying, and I feel like I'm some freak or something cause I'm "supposed to" cause it's New Year's Eve.

Is anyone else sitting this one out?

and thank you so much to everyone from here and away for your greetings to my previous new year wishes ..... and someone is bound to report me for not actually asking a question and simply chatting ... well bollocks to the authorities ,,,, I am happy for the new year and the world and have some new year ( virtual ) kisses and hugs on me ....... oh my, back to soddin' work on Tuesday ....... I hope we all have a great New Years Day and more importantly keep a smile on our faces for 2007 .... it's been a tough year for most people I believe .... let's have a new year where we care a bit more about those around us ..... I am glad this year has come, goodbye 2006.. it was a terrible emotional year for me.

Alot of my bills will be paid off this year! I start a new job this year, I also move home this year!!
