I know this may sound bad but please read all of it. I don't like making "New Year" resolutions because anything that I want to do to better myself or help others should be done when it comes to mind. The other thing I don't like about NYRs is the negative impact they can have on us if we don't make them. There is enough in the world that can be depressing and failing to achieve another goal set on January first shouldn't be among them. Live, Love and Laugh (all year long)

1) Follow a healthy life style and be 80 kg by the end of the year,
2) Pay off 3 of my credit cards
3) Visit Vietnam
4) Spend 3 weeks in Thailand
5) have 50% of money I think I will need to go to the Beijing Paralympics
and...

1. Lose weight (my annual resolution)
2. If I don't have something nice to say, I won't say it at all.
3. Stop cussing
4. Make myself happy. Life is short and I need to start making ME happy.

well number one would be the traditional resolution, get into shape and shed the pounds. Then i would have to say learn how to cook.
