Not too sure bout the clothes.
I think you can find T-shirts and cloth the colour the characters wear and cut and attach them together.
Or try ebay.
Print out a picture of the key, enlarge it on white drawing paper and cut it out from foam board. Spray paint the foam board.

properly, in case you acn't come across a one-pieced dress like what you're describing, why do no longer you're making your guy or woman? i might do this if I had no different thoughts. Sorry i could no longer be of plenty efficient use nevertheless.
