When the year 2007 comes in, what will be your goals for that year because EVERYONE has new goals that they would like to establish. Or it could be something that they would like to change about themsleves. Mine are to give back to my community by helping to lower the crime rate in my neighborhood, and to volunteer to help people who are less fortunate than I. What about you? What are your goals for the New Year?

It's a well-known fact that in the Chinese culture, married people give red packet money to single people during the Chinese New Year. How about people who are divorced? Do they still get red packet money?

My friends have two birthdays a year...their actual birthday, and there "half" birthday. Meaning that if you were born on January 1, you'd have your "half" birthday on June 1, exactly 6 months apart. I think it's kind of dumb, do you?

Similar to "talk like a pirate day?"
Or 4/20?
Or Sweetest Day?
Or any other made-up holiday?
Or would it be too much like 9-11?

Recording a workout disk with French theme for Bastille Day. Looking for modern (rock, pop, etc.) connected with France - about France, the French, things French, with French lyrics (even just a phrase or two, as in Beatles' "Michelle"), or by French or francophone artists.

Please, no lame jokes about freedom fries or how the U.S. saved their sorry tails or that they are Saddam lovers, blah blah blah. Not looking for a political discussion - just asking for songs and artists.

By the way, Celine Dion does not count.

Thanks!
