It’s taken me while, but I’ve come to the realization that some of these dating sites are kinda like Halloween in a small town. Every time you go to the door it’s the same kid, just in a different costume. Any one else experience that?

What does it mean to you? Do you do something selfless? Do you have special traditions or memories?

Asides from the commercialism, the gifts or lack of them, is Christmas a joyful time or a sad time for you?

My friend lives in a trailer and she asked me this question. I told her that it shouldn't matter where you lived on whether or not you wanted to put up lights! So for the sake of arguing we are asking the Yahooers.

Thanks

Christmas song?

Loads of questions coming up on christmas so thought i'd ask.

I like the one by slade
Are you hanging up your stocking on the wall
Are you hoping that the snow will start to fall

When i hear it I feel really christmasy.

So whats your favourite?

Hi there - I'm 28 years old... been reflecting lately on the joys of Christmas: the birth of Our Savior Jesus Christ, and deeply meaningful warm Christmas carols (the ones about Jesus)...the ones that just make you feel so good inside. And now, perhaps for the first time, I feel more of the vibe that times have changed, there is more liberalism and more resistance to the true Christian theme of Christmas.... So I just wanted to ask: In your life experience, do you remember ever feeling this way at any point; perhaps at around my age (28) or another time (in other words, has it always been this way)? Or does it seem to you that society has indeed grown a lot worse in re: to Christian themes and it's because of that that now Christmas feels more under attack? Thanks, and Merry CHRISTmas! :)

My youth group and I want to host a candlelight vigil for World AIDS day (Dec.1), but we don't really know how to go about planning it. Does anyone know exactly what to do besides light candles and pray? Does anyone have any creative vigil ideas, we really want to make a powerful impact and bring attention to such an important cause? We need all the help we can get. Thank you.
