I receive a gift catalogue 4 times a year from Blarney.
They have a Blackthorn Shillelagh Walking Stick for under $30. Catalog # 61904.
Try www.blarney.com

Also, www.shopshannon.com 1 800-223-6716

One more...www.cashs.com 1 800-223-8100

Keep in mind that some of their walking sticks are made in England and/or Italy. Good luck.

You can get a genuine shillelagh which gets its name from the Shillelagh Forest in County Wicklow, Ireland at the site below. They are handcrafted using traditional methods and all the wood used was sourced from the forests of Ireland.

Is Your Shillelagh a Sham?
"If you have a bata or walking stick made of oak, ash, holly or blackthorn, you do indeed have a real shillelagh. As for that souvenir you may have picked up at the airport - the short, stubby cudgel which often sports a green bow and a nifty painted shamrock - sorry, it's not a shillelagh, it's a sham!"
