there's a shirt that's on the hot topic website, and it says
"HATE IS THE NEW BLACK"
i'm allowed 2 get it, but i'm not allowed 2 wear it 2 skewl cuz my mom n nina think its offensive. (not as in racial offensive)

why is it that most Australians, don't have much melanin in their bodies, i have tried to find a full Australian, that has a considerable amount of melanin on their skin!!

and have failed miraculously!!!!

no full Australian, is dark!!!! none have really dark skin (and if you do find one with dark skin, he/ she wasn't born like that, he / she got the dark after birth .

Yes Y!A is a bit inconsistent in their application of the rules (and I've been frustrated by this too) but these days I'm starting to side with Y!A because there are SO many people who use the site just for socializing with absolutely no intention of asking or answering questions.

Its like we're all in a giant classroom and some people are trying to study and others are distracting them with idle chatter. The authority figure or 'teacher' (Y!A) has clearly stated that chatting is not allowed 'in class' but that doesn't stop people from getting angry and indignant when they are chastised for chatting. Why is this?

i'm white and my boyfriends black. if we were to have children, would they be treated any differently? often times i hear people say "you're making a mistake if you have children". childrens not really in the question now cause we are young. but i just wonder? i went to school with many white people, black people, and mixed people and i never really saw a difference made any where? maybe its just the older generation that fill this way.

...that it may be just selfish and wasteful? I appreciate the fact that large family units, farmers and people doing moving, hauling etc. need larger vehicles, but too often I see solo individuals driving these monster vehicles and I wonder why given the cost of gas, the need to improve the environment etc., these vehicles are everywhere. If you go to an urban or suburban shopping mall, the number of these oversized vehicles is staggering. I often feel that these indiviuals are more aggressive on the road given the size of the vehicles they drive. Could there be some compensation mechanism going on due to feelings of inferiority or smallness in other areas? PS I know this goes against the Amercan mania for owning bigger and bigger cars. Nor I am not a displaced flower child, an environmental freak or even a bleeding heart liberal. I am a conservative republican on most matters, but having all of these big cars seems wasteful and destructive to our society.

Trust me, I have nothing against emos in general, but is it all an act when they frown and say "You don't understand"? I want them to try and make me understand when they say this. I think it's all an act, just like chavs when they walk in town looking as though they have stones in their trainers to try and look cool, when really they just look disabled (sorry if offended) Most emos put their heads down and scurry away when I question them. Some will even say that I'm just looking for attention, but when I remind them that they are the ones dressing for a public reaction and attention, they shut up. All talk no action. I enjoy listening to what most emos listen to e.g. Heavy and Death Metal, but I don't run around dressed like Maralin Manson. It's just a fashion isn't it? nothing more. If the type of emo who slits their wrists, dresses in all black and is reading this thinking "but you don't understand", well make me understand please.

i just live in a place where there's ALOT of them!!
im not sure if this is true, but i often hear ppl saying that armenians are pushy..i always say no, cuz most of my friends are armenians and they arent pushy...well, sometimes. so, my questions are:

I have a large family. I can't let my kids out front. We have about 15 kids hanging out right outside my door, they talk filthy, they are prejudice. They cuss my kids, beat em up on the way to school & call em whiteys.
We don't want to talk to the parents because, the kids cuss in front of the parents. The stereos are always full blast. The few white neighbors, NEVER, come out. My husband feels like it's because our kids are white. Most people on our street are mostly hispanic, a few black. We are a blended cultured family. My husband is hispanic, 5 of our kids are white. Our youngest is mixed. He grew up in a large hispanic family, who is prejudice. they were alot like these kids. So, he feels like he , recognizes this treatment. Because, he & his family treated. white people the same way.
My question is, What can we do? We are buying this house, we just want to relax in our own home. We can't leave the front door open. These kids are out front ALL DAY except school hour
