It is not just in Calif. It happens in my city and I live in the midwest. We have a fairly good sized Mexican community and had no trouble between them and the black community/ Then when Chicago shut down the Cabrini Green Projects and Illinois paid for the occupants to move down state that is when the problems started. It seems the troublemakers were gang members and felt they had to fight to establish something(turf) here. I am not saying that is the only reason but seems to be one.

i grew up in Kali and that has been goin on for more than 20 yrs but the media likes to get on a hype and run with it. Instead of looking for solutions to the problems they just hype up the problem or make it look worse than it is.
