This question is premised on the fact that 'race' does not equate to 'culture' (although the two may coincide frequently).
By 'culture' I mean the ethical norms, ideologies, habits, generally accepted beliefs, cultural products (music, art, sport &c.) and technological/ scientific achievements of a people (at least).

No offence intended. Is that a natural rivalry between the English and the Scots? Why is this so? How serious is it?

When visiting websites on all topics, including Yahoo answers, Americans always write and communicate with an assumption that the question is writeen by an American, and that all readers are American.
Examples would be: "In this country...", "because our constitution...", "Just go to 'INSERT US ONLY SHOP HERE'" and so on.
Do other people notice this too? Is it just me that gets frustrated by this? ANd Americans, Why do you do it? Do you really not notice that a large % of the people you are communicating with every day online are from the other 95% of the world?

This is not intended as a racist question, I really want to know why things are this way?

Would you ever date a person who has some sort of a disability? Would you ever consider spending the rest of your life with a disabled person?

What I mainly want to know is whether you let people's disabilities get in the way of a possible relationship? If yes, why?

Also, does it depend on the type of the disability?

Honest answers will be appreciated.

Simon,
In relation to my previous question regarding a "civil war" and "race" wars int the UK you say because of people like me.
I like yourself are an
"English born Caucasian who travels extensively" my travels have too taken me to Hong Kong, Eastern Europe, the States. However I, unlike yourself perhaps, are of the younger genration (19) and the prospect of a race war, from my point of view is more iminant than you may believe. My area is very near a black society, black people tend to agree with me on the subject. Imigration in this country is a problem, and the fact is "they" bring "their" problems with them to our country. I am by no means an extremeist i am not saying we protest the streets and hang people. However take for example the recent terror attacks on our capital. When two Muslims were charged and confronted they protested in the streets. And you yourself say "people like me" i suggest you read your comment about Texas.

Cant wait to hear from you.
Mitchell.

Many of organizations I know of are about to fold or combine because of lack of members and attendance---Amaranth, Red Men, Druids, Odd Fellows, Junior Order, or need more members to cover officer line, as Masons and Civitan.

With the ever growing racial attacks in the UK. Are we headed for a Race war?
I'm from near Birmingham and racially motivated attacks are rife Is there a correlation between the growing number of "Asylm seekers" and "immigrants" and the increased number of Muggings, rape and stabbings. Theese people come from lawless societies.

What are your views.
