This question is premised on the fact that 'race' does not equate to 'culture' (although the two may coincide frequently).
By 'culture' I mean the ethical norms, ideologies, habits, generally accepted beliefs, cultural products (music, art, sport &c.) and technological/ scientific achievements of a people (at least).

Absolutely. The ancient egyptian (black) culture is superior to every other culture that has existed on the planet. These original blacks have no birth record, gave science and mathematics to the world, and modern cultures STILL cannot figure out how they created many of their contributions to the world, i.e. the pyramids. Modern cultures have gone so far as to say that aliens came down and built these monuments because they cannot wrap their limited logic around how it was done. As an African-American (descendant of this great people) I know better.

I really like this question. I've been thinking about it and trying to come up with examples but it gets a bit confusing as you tend to think of countries as a whole. Foe every positive cultural advance you can also list a number of negatives, that goes for any society I can think of. Admittedly I am no expert on world cultures.

In my opinion yes, but you really don't want me agreeing with you -- I suspect I'm from the other wing.

I think that rational, thoughtful, scienfically aware cultures that are building for the future of mankind and its destiny among the stars are ALWAYS preferable to backwards, self-and-other-destructive cultures based on theocracy and dictatorship.

I think every culture has aspects that are superior to other cultures. Some have very close family ties, others have superior education goals, some have superior craftsmanship,....etc. That doesn't make any one culture superior in general though.

Every culture has it's good and bad points, so that in some ways, all cultures will be superior and in other ways they will be inferior. There is no culture on this planet that is in all ways superior to all others.

On the whole no but sometimes yes....

We are having troubles in the UK with African families who are convinced that their children are possessed so they torture the child to release the demon... I have to say I think this backwards.

I also believe that female circumcision is backwards and therefore so are the cultures that practise this.

the only CULTURE (not race or religion) that is superior is the Jewish culture only because of their eating habits. i know it sounds stupid, but that's what i think, and it's not like they are head over heels, swimming in superiority. other than that, no i think all cultures are equal with that small exception. and no, i'm not Jewish.

i dont understand your question, cos the details you provide go over my head.

however, vultures are superior to most birds, cos they survive on what most other species leave behind.
