Start by having a layout and plan on what the organization will be all about. The best protege will be your community, if you succeed selling the idea to them then you will succeed elsewhere. To find cash I suggest you go to organization that are in your home area and if that does not work try browse the net to find organizations that offer cash.

I believe all states are different on the procedures you take to become a 501C3 company (that's what it/'s called in Massachusetts). But I am sure if you go to your state's city hall they can give you all the information you need and they can give you the forms. Be patient because they are lots of paperwork and some questions are long. Stay with it and good luck. I hope this helps.

Depends where you are. I started one and got $19,000.00 for it in grants. Um, it's easy starting one up but it needs charity status from the goverment. To get that in the Uk one just asks the Inland revenue. Go to the AUM [American Union of Men] and see if you can get the guys to talk to you. They would have the USA relevant info, you just need to get them to tell you it. Or if you believe that fathers should have the right to love and protect their children then they will gladly help. Just tell them you believe that.

There is grant money available if the business is headed by social or ethnic minorities. Otherwise, I have linked a great site for Not-for-profit businesses.
