Has there been "honorable studies about homosexuality as to why one person is born a homosexual while another is not?"

The only time I ever really hear about why a perosn is a homosexual it is coming from a religious fanatic (I am still looking for the scriptures that condemn homosexuality). Is this a gentic thing posibly hereditery?

My partner often tries to hold hands with my in public, it's not that I don't love her or want to be with her, I just am not comfortable displaying my affection to her for the sincerity of others.... am I wrong to feel that way?

If not, why have men's fashions become progressively dumpier and less body conscious over the past 20 yrs. or so, presumably in response to female wishes?

forgive them at this point? Or what? It sounds like a pretty lame excuse to me. Case in point --Mel Gibson.--- or various homophobes who have--'lapsed into homosexual behaviour'..and 'done penance' through receiveing counselling. Isn't this just a cop out?

I really want to go to the Pride Parade this year. I believe it's held in San Francisco (or some other part of California). Does anyone know the date it's going to be held? Or at least the month?

I have many, but "Sadeness" by Enigma and "Stellar" by Incubus spring to mind. And I always love a good country love song.

In total disregard for his family he carried on an open illicit affair in front of everyone -- from his trips to Sag Harbour to his Fine dining in the Neighborhood. Now we want him to be President. Give me a break. Where are the real leaders when you need them-- chasing important things like saving this planet.

A dude I was dating decided to book a hotel room for a night in Milano.

After a nice dinner and a few drinks we enjoyed a romatic evening in bed.

The next morning he woke up early and left me shivering while he packed hurriedly and dashed out the door.

I quickly and greedily ate all the snacks from the minibar including frozen snickers, which by the way are quite tasty, and quickly called the front desk, advising them to charge my friend's credit card.

Did I do anything remotely distasteful, well besides chowing down on the stale sour cream and onion chips, that is.

There is some chemical combination or something, be it in a bottle or whatever, that is obviously safe and is used by actors and actresses to make them cry, or at least, make their eyes water profusely.

What is this exactly and how would someone get some of this?

And don't tell me to chop up an onion!

With the hoopla of the former NBA star tell all book about to be released, is it that big of a deal that he was a homosexual? No.. I am not a homosexual, but some of my friends are. I just think there is too much on the radar these days that puts gays on the front page. I mean.. Come on a Snickers commercial getting the air time that is has been getting?!? I thought the commercial was funny. I never thought anyone would be offended. Are we not better than that as a society? I was sitting here reading my paper and decided to put the question out here on Yahoo Answers to see what everyone across the world thinks. All answers are welcomed.

Why is it that gay Asian men seem to get screwed over in the dating pool so often? It's like as soon as you say you're Asian, gay men suddenly lose interest in you and assume all these terrible things. I've had guys tell me I must be this or that...all because I'm Asian. I've had great conversations with guys over IM, but as soon as they find out I'm Asian, the conversation comes to a dead-end. People I was planning on going on dates with...or just meeting to chill in the city...all of a sudden say they're busy or tired or something else. It is really depressing. I know we're not perceived as being attractive (especially next to Caucasian men)...but are there any decent gay men who are able to look past that? And I hate all the stereotypes...someone once told me that being an gay Asian guy means you're a feminine queen. The only guys who've been interested seem to be old, desperate losers. It's so offensive. Do gay Asian men have it the worst? Is there any hope for us?

How bewildering so many of you think it is a *Stereotype* in defining a man and a woman's role in life...

Women have hormones and endure pain in childbirth men could never tolerate. First let me say thier are great men and women on this planet but there are also major differences. GAY men say they are born this way WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Meaning you have more estrogen than TESTOSTERONE the MAJOR SEX Hormone in Men?

Men through time have had sex with sheep visit whorehouses, have multiple sex partners and don't eqate sex with love.
Women can be very sexual as well but they usually always eqate sex with love and become more sexual with thier partners when ovulating which is bilogical so they can be im-pregnated.

How bizarre most of you think when it comes to men and women. Science and Religion will tell you time and time again the most well adjusted people in life are the ones who have been raised by the wonderful influence a father and mother can bring to a child.
