Or because the society needs some kind of treatment? I mean, look at Columbine shooting, and then another one committed by a Korean student, not to mention some incidents that did not make into headlines.

Why is it so hard for others to accept the fact that YES...hetero people actually do choose their own life paths?
What is so hard to understand that the average human is where they are as a result of cumulative choices they made in life?
This was a direct question and I would appreciate the same courtesy in your answer. A question, or bringing up an unrelated topic is not an answer but a diversion.
If I was somehow vague then by all means I will try to be more clear...just let me know.

I'm the president of my high school club and want to use icebreakers to help everyone get to know each other better this year. However, a lot of our members are like, "What? Icebreakers? How totally lame. They're so corny and boring." etc.
So I'd like to hear some unique ideas that you may have--not the typical ones, like Telephone, Scavenger Bingo, the Knot (although that is an awesome game, but our members are kinda touchy about touching), and the like. So what ideas do you have? Short ones that take up no more than 5-10 minutes is preferable, but go ahead and suggest any length type if you want.

Why do I feel bad for not being to this guy? i wish i was into him so I could stop feeling guilty for not sharing the smae feelings for him. I don't get butterfly's and extremely nervous around him so that's how I know I'm not into him.

What's up with this? Why do I feel guilty. UGH!

AND, If you DO get butterlfly's and nervous around a guy is this a good thing? Or, not?

I am..especially here in Texas..I mean, when people are animals and dont know how to act like humans, I feel like the death penalty is the only solution. Inmate Johnny Conner is going to be executed tomorrow, here is a little description of what he did "On 05/17/98, during the nighttime in Houston, Texas, Conner robbed a store at gunpoint. A male customer entered the store and heard the suspect say, "Give me the money." The male customer came upon Conner and Conner fired one shot from a 32-caliber pistol, striking the adult male victim in the chest and arm. The customer then fled the scene on foot. Conner turned and fired 2 shots striking the adult female clerk in the head, causing her death. Conner fled the scene without any money." Like I said, certain animals dont deserve to live in civilized society.

Months ago me and my guy returned home to Thailand to have a traditional wedding. Back then it was not a big issue but he has brung it up again. I think its not important at all and he gets really upset for the fact that i do not think its an issue at all. Altho he wants me to take his last name because he says mine is too long (21 letters altho i shortened it by 6) and I like my last name and besides my 2 son's have my last name , After have learned to write it in thai, lao, khmer and english over the years i think its odd id make them change .

I was suprised at it myself.

Maybe he was looking for trouble, seeing as he was the only white man in a store and area that mostly african americans live in and pretty much declaring it to the rafters...

I don't think I'm naieve, but is this a feeling of most men? Not just white, but any race? Or maybe it is just white.

Heterosexuals: If someone were to question you if you were gay, how would you react? Calmly - "Nah, I am straight".. Or Defensive - "What are you crazy?! Of course I am STRAIGHT! Why the hell would you ask me that?"

I recently moved into a multicultral city, you see I moved out of the subarbs ,out of my moms house and out of my home town to a new city. I am 20 years old and didint realise how racist in the real world is.

experience 1, walked in the store and the asian store owner is looking at me like a hawk, he isint looking at any of his white coustomers or asian customers but his eyes ar fixed on me


experience 2, i worked at a jewish camp and some of the jewish people asked me if i have ever went to college or university and if i know how to fire guns,

experience 3, a black guy and a white girl holding hands down the street the dirty looks come flying and seem to come from every where.

I am going to be a surrogate mom for a gay couple. Im always worried im going to offend them if i ask them questions about it...i mean im not trying to pry, just some things im curious about, ya know? Any gay people out here, do you take offense to questions being asked about your sexuality? Also, is "gay people" politically correct? They are from out of state, and i wanted to tell them about this city by me (ferndale, MI) that is very "gay" i guess you would say, high population. But i just dont know how to say that without them taking offense...any guidelines for me? I am going to be talking to these people a lot over the next yr or so, and i want to make sure i dont hurt any feelings along the way.
