I've watched the pilot episode and quite frankly, it's a little slow and boring. Is it worth me watching further episodes? Does it pick up or is it just gonna be gloomy women moaning for the rest of the time?

Does anyone out here know what airline allows you more than 3 drinks in first class. I mean I hated my flight to California this weekend (Private jet was in for inspections) and had to fly commercial. They tried to limit mama and her drinks. They took my flask at security. I see so many people out here saying that there sick and tired , so many people left this forum because of gay-bashers and the like. I understand that its hard, I really do, I deal with the discrimination more than almost anyother from not only being a gay man first off, but I am a trangendered m2f, people out on the street don't know, but it is the the people that do know and spread it around and gossip and such, and that escaltes into violance for me, I have been through alot of gang fights the like and I have been discriminated against most of all when it comes to the law and where I go to college, but does that mean I give up- no, does that mean I just accept defeat, accept that the world isn't going to change- no

for as long as I am in this world, they are not going to break me, but I will break them, I am writing this for people to keep hope and to fight for our rights, do whatever you can to get involved

Alcoholics Anonymous tells people that if they do not admit that they are alcoholic, they are in a state of denial. Moreover, AA's disease concept (theory) of addiction to substances "suggests" that the drugee must have a higher power or God to beat drug addiction.

If a person attempts to take control of their behaviour of addiction to the drug alcohol(alcohol is a drug), they are in denial.

Am I in denial?

What is the purpose of the statment "denial" in AA?

Specifically, I have begun to notice more than a few nasty questions, we all know who I am talking about. (XX10, his followers, etc). I took a look at each of the profiles and found a rather interesting fact. Most if not all, joined on in the last week or so, all new members. Although I cannot confirm, I suspect a collective, organized group. Anyone else notice this?

people (usually noisy loud-mouthed ones) think one is shy or some sort of misfit who needs to come out of her/his shell? I was always like this, except when i'm around people close / near / dear to me. Despite this, i make friends easily and i'm a bit of a bashful extrovert...why then, do chatty people always assume one has 'hidden agendas' ...and at job interviews, these "bubbly" people who blabber on and on ...get preferred over a hard worker such as myself...? i think the world works back to front...

I have been trough some ruff moments in life. I would never blame anyone for the mistakes I've made. It has been nothing but difficult times since i have been young. I have been treated differently. Chose to be someone that Im not and finally relized it after 26 years of trying to be someone else. What do I do? People sometimes treat me like im suppose to be this certain person or put alot in to putting up with me that when Im not what they want they walk away. My luck is bad as far as my love life and family life is concerned. I am constanly being set up by life. What do I do? How can I grab hold of my true self? Forgetting that I may not be exepted by lots. I really have missed up my life while being someone that the world made seem easy to be. Someone that we are told we're supposed to be. How can I shut these doors when there are so many to shut? Can any body relate to being an outcast someone that people use for conversation and debate.

I don't know guys but doesn't it seem a little odd that these "straight" people have so many questions and concerns about the oh so horrible gay people??
