Two fingers. Although I haven't had a gag reflex in years! By the way the party was spectacular! I must admit however I was shocked to see George Micheal naked in the Coy pond finger didling what had to be Alexis Arkette.

Well it depends on your needs... If you are a person that gains weight from eating a lot of carbs then you might want to go for Atkins. I know this diet has gotten a lot of negative press but it can be really good. I wouldn't suggest eating lots of bacon and steak though... I would suggest eating chicken, fish, and turkey, lots of vegetables and a little fruit. This diet is about staying away from starch and carbs.
On a low fat diet you will probably end up eating more carbs.
You can also try eating high carb/low fat one day and low carb the next day this will kind of balance you out. Of course you want to add exercise, but in general cutting out sugars especially will make a big difference if you eat a lot of junk, even without exercise. Also I would stay away from drinking lots of soda or high fructose sugary drinks. Green and white tea are good for you and of course water, water ,water.

Eat less carbs--stay away from potatoes, pasta
Eat more protein--fish, beef, and chicken avoid pork
Eat more veggies--green veggies are best
Exercise more---park your car further from the entrance of a store and walk farther, walk to the corner store rather than driving, use the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator
Get pleanty of sleep---at least 6-8 hours every night, avoid caffeine before bed.
Limit your soda pop intake whether it is diet or regular.
Drink more water at least 1 gallon per day, on hot days increase to 1 1/2 gallon.

check out a book by Dr Joel Fuhrman called EAT TO LIVE it isn't one of those trendy diet plans that are dangerous and don't work. It teaches sound nutrition. And if you follow the advanced plan you can lose weight safely as if you had a gastric bypass. While not being hungry. The trick is to eat low calorie high nutrient foods. www.drfuhrman.com

Miss Fabulousnessess---when it need a little kick to my looks I eat salmon and blueberries, i actually eat them often but it does a fab number on your skin and you slim down in a "healthy" way and it shows. i eat the prepackaged salmon (in t he envelope) and frozen blueberries---not just exclusively but its hard to eat crap when you eat healthy. the only draw back is you need to brush y our teeth after the blueberries---but a tooth whitening diva as yourself shant worry about that
