Is it a bonding thing because of similar orientation? Or is it a trust thing that has nothing to do with orientation? Do straights tend to befriend straights? Do bi's tend to befriend other bi's? Do gays/lesbians tend to befriend other gays/lesbians?

In England (and USA I believe) owning your own house is seen as being really important. I hear that this is not the case in France, and that lots of people rent instead of buying - why is this?

And who owns all the properties that people rent, if most people rent?

Is this a continental Europe trend or just French?

People from around the world answer questions on this site but give an answer that is only useful in their own country i.e. someone asked about the age limit for joining the police but there are load of answers saying 'depends which state' or 'in NYC it's blah blah blah'.
Am I the only one who assumes a question is going to be referring to UK and Ireland on this site and why are so many people from other country's not answering their own questions.

at work im being pestered by a man who has a problem.He makes fun of gays all the time,but even though i have a girlfriend,he seems to think im gay.He keeps making disgusting comments,and now hes started to touch me in a rather strange manner.The only person on my side is a gay man at work who very kindly offered to be a witness.wherever possible,but he is very busy,so he can only do this sometimes.Have any gay people on here got the knoweledge of what i should do next?I thought you may be the best people to ask.help!

Bestiality refers to a human and an animal, and since no one can understand animals it is basically forced. Where homosexuality is between two humans, just like in a heterosexual relationship.

In my opinion, if homosexuality is going to be said to be as bad as bestiality, so should heterosexuality. It would only makes sense, right...?

This so-called "peaceful" Islamic religion again is raising it's fists in anger around the world for what you already know the Pope quoted in one of his addresses.
Is the Muslim faith simply made up of fanatics who want to kill off other religions and their "infidels" in the name of Allah?
Why are these people so crazed and fanatical?
Aren't they provoking a holy war with their attacks on other cultures and religions?

i say i am bisexual but i am not sure about that. ok i am physicaly attracted to guys but no man has yet to come close to actually getting me off with penatration. oraly yes. i am way more physicaly/sexually attracted to females. but guys dont turn me off just not on i guess. i am just really confused. am i bi but leaning more twards females? does anyone else have this same problem that can tell me how they are dealing with it. my boyfriend is getting upset that he cant well please me and i am not to sure what i should tell him. ok i am rambling any comments sugestions would be helpful... thank you

I'm running away from my life, to Chicago. I thought alot about this, and it's either this or taking every pill in the medicine cabinet. I'm really scared, and I could use some advice on where to go once I get there, and advice on what organizations I could go to for help with things like housing, shelter, things of that nature. For example, would you talk about your same-sex relationship in Relationships and Family?

A couple months ago, I talked about shaving my arms because "my beloved" urged me to try it, and girls and women talked about how "he" was wrong until I mentioned that beloved was a woman who's shaved her arms forever.

I've also mentioned being bi in Motor Sports to freak out idiots who ask whether a driver's gay, and I got ten points for agreeing with a guy in Music that Gretchen Wilson is really quite smoking hot. And as you can see, my avatar's quite clearly female.

So, do y'all do that? Why or why not?

In my opinion, if we are going to reference race, i think it should be done by color. Because "political correctness" is almost a stereotype in itself. plus does anyone know what caucasian means? it comes from the caucasian mountiain range which means "beautiful and superiour" my source is my diversity class im taking. Plus one of my classmates parents are from africa, but they are all white. so i just think we should go by color, but what do you think?

And by the way, if you are just going to go on and on about why we shouldn't even consider race and crap like that, then don't bother posting here because thats not the question, and i don't care

What Benedict has said about Muslims is positively benign compared to what he has said about homosexuals.

Since homosexuals don't kill nuns, burn churches and just blow up people at random, I'm guessing they won't be getting an apology anytime soon.
