You need to make a friend for just you--not for your kids, not for work, not for anything or anyone else. First be your own friend. Try to remember to take long bubble baths, to take a little money and spend it on yourself, to be nice to yourself in any and every way you can.
Next, join a group you can attend infrequently (since you have so little time) like knitters, or painters. Even the littlest hobby gives you an outlet, a way to connect to others and stroke the creative side of you. This will build up your damaged ego and give you sustenance. Complain loudly and long about everything you don't like--but just with this one group. It can be an escape hatch, a haven.
Try to watch a few sunrises and sunsets, too. Go outside and take a deep breath. Enjoy the fall foliage, or make a special pot of pumpkin soup to share with your little tribe of folks (the kids).
They can be uplifting, too. Let their little efforts to cheer you up work! Smile for their benefit, and give them lots of hugs.
Life is good. There will always be problems, bills, complications, etc. But this moment is here right now, and that is precious. Enjoy it for just being here.
Good luck!

Try starting each day with an Affirmation
Daily Affirmations are possitive things to help reinforce yourself
Keeping up your image though is only a temporary fix -will help boost your self esteem - when you look good you feel good -so primp in front of the mirror - fix your hair in a different way - try your makeup different -anything that you know will get a compliment - Its nice to get one especially when your feeling down- get a haircut if you can afford it at this time -do a little mini makeover -whatever will make you feel better
If one of your kids is old enough get them to paint your nails and do your hair -just for fun - it will relax you & they will have fun doing it - if they mess up -you can always go back & fix it later - just have fun
Raising one child is tough - 3 is alot for any one to bear -give yourself a pat onthe back & go easy on yourself
Sounds like you need an outlet just for yourself
Try to make some time even if its 20 minutes a day - do something you like to do - Draw, dance, sing
Maybe Writing down your thoughts will help
Take your kids with you for a walk - get out when you can -
Join a Group on the internet of Parents just like yourself - so you have someone to vent to & meet parents in same situations -
Get in a Mommy group so you can do Playdates for the kids
and hang out with the other moms for some Adult time/ conversation
It will get better -hang in there
You are doing your best & are taking good care of your kids - Your not SuperMom so just relax a bit -everything will be alright
The storm will let up & its gonna be alot brighter :)
Nothing last forever -not even a tough situation -
This too shall pass SMILE !!

By allowing close friends or family know how you are feeling. You can't keep this all to yourself. If not, a minister or counselor will be able to help you. You don't have to suffer anymore.

The best way to keep youself fresh is to live a Christian life. Go to church weekly to repent your sins. Read the bible to the children and make sure they memorize the verses. Tell them that Jesus burned to death for our sins and that they should live their lives pure and asexual to repay Christ. Jesus should be the only man in your life. Think of him when you;re lonely.
God Bless you

everybody have their own problems, big or small depend on how you look at them.
try to say to yourself "lucky me i have 3 kids only, my neighbor have 10 kids!!"
relax.. enjoy your life.. problems are will always be there so don't be greedy.. share your problems.. don't grab them all just for yourself..
