as you see that nowadays the western cultures are very popular and spread across the world. This is resulting in a homogeneous global culture. How much do u agree??

I have many gay friends, and I'm not aware of one of them ever doing this. Yet if you were to believe everything you read on Y!A, gays are engaged in a crusade to make the whole world homosexual. Have I missed anything? Can someone give me a practical example of this behaviour?

I've been to America and Canada a few times and honestly I can't tell the difference... aren't they just the same country but some people speak French in Canada?

He called all the time. Was very friendly. He worked in the usa and was went to his home country to care for his sick mother. He made it all sound true. He told me his daughter was sick and when she was feeling better he would coming back to the states. He asked if his boss could mail me his pay check and if I could cash it for him and western union it. Because it would be faster then having it mailed. And he said in his home country they would not cash american pay checks. He said they owed him three th ousand dollars and four my time I could keep 500.00 for my help The money orders came and I was a bit leary so I went to the bank and they cashed it. So the next day I took the other ones back to cash and send western union. A cop showed up at the bank and I was told to come with him and the president of the bank. They were usa postal money orders and looked real to me. They were fake. I was then taken down to the police station for questioning. I gave the police the guys name.

Because they're more sensitive? Because they offer you a shoulder to cry on? Because they have more taste in fashion or because you know they're not trying to make friends with you just to end up having sex with you? Or just to see the world under a different point of view?
Unfortunately Italy is such a homophopic country that gay guys are afraid of revealing their sexuality...I just know one gay guy and he's really so sweet...Well if anybody wants to chat my msn is syl.is.antisocial@hotmail.com...I'm 18...straight? well let's say 90% straight...and pretty much openminded...See y'all have a great weekend!

i have a bird but everytime i go out onthe piss we go round the gay bars cos thier lively. it keeps happnin regular and other nite i went a little too far with with this bloke. the situation got a bit sticky.

A lot of people in the U.S. don't even know there are white mexicans, but there are plenty but I think the ones of more european blood are generally wealthier, and the y dont feel as comepelled to emigrate. But I want to know is, in alot of movies I see, usually white Mexicans, and they only really hang out with others. Is there any racial tensions in Mexico, or issues with "color"?

Our fore fathers eventually severed the ties to England. They wanted to be Americans in the purest sense. So, when immegrants come here (not under political asylum), are they coming to be Americans, or do they want to become e.g. "African-Americans", "Spanish-Americans", etc. Or should they be AMERICANS? Why do we even need to debate what language our national dialect shouldl be??

I am wondering if when a gay female hits on a straight female she is more cautious about it. My Gf's dad discovered she was a lesbian and was dating me (Myspace! lol). He's never accepted the fact she's a lesbian, but as of late he seems to be more accepting. The only thing is though, he has been telling her things that she tells me that hurt..alot!
He told her he'd rather see her with some other girl (her friend, who is SUPER DYKEY no offense!) because she has a nice face, and is cool and is nice to look at. Theres been a few other things hes said. Ive never met the guy, but i've met her mom and she doesnt seem to mind me much. Im not a bad kid, nor a trouble maker, and I love his daughter deeply. I like her sisters too, I mean i get along with the rest of his family but him!
I dont know if im over-reacting, but what should I do?
