In the physical realm, a place where people live in perfect peace and harmony is,probably, non-existent, because people are people wherever you go.The closest example of harmonious society may be found within in the Amish communities. They do not require the intervention of public law enforcement or court systems to resolve their inner social problems.

I live in peace and harmony right here in New York City. It took time for me to get my life where I wanted it to be, find a mate, find a nice place to live, a great job, good friends, good relationships, happiness with who I am, etc. But now that I have those things, I have peace, contentment and harmony in the biggest city in our country.
Peace and harmony are not based on the place that you find yourself, they are based on who you are and what you've made of your life.
