Catholics believe that the newest born baby is born with original sin, and that's why it must be baptized. Is that fair?

Before you suggest that this is a creation of man, remember that, if God exists, then It created all the constituent elements of meth.

Why would a loving God create such a terribly addictive substance, which not only harms the "temple" of the human body, but also drives the user to commit acts of thievery, skullduggery and evil against fellow human beings, animals, and goodness at large?

What made you give up your faith or something like that..? Do you guys still believe in God even though you're not Catholics? Or do you believe in God and you're a Catholic? Oh yeah and do you believe that... If you confess your sins to a priest, God will forgive you?

Just need your opinions about this. Please answer, okay? =D

I know it's late, but i'm feeling down. It seems like the more I know the more sad I get. I guess i'm losing that innocence when i'm learning how the world thinks. It's not kind at all. Maybe it's my own fault for asking so much questions here. Some of the answers I get that are hateful really stick to me. There is so much hatefulness. I feel really effected by people's hateful opinions of myself and to other people.

Questions is why do I take the opinions of others to heart? I know i'm not suppose to live for the world.

I know I have my own faults too, and i'm sorry if I come out as ignorant minded and all. For that I am sorry. Is it healthier to take a break from questions?

I'm guessing not really. I've been running and lifting weights since age 12. I've been abroad and in uncomfortable conditions for shorter periods but not being able to lift weights for two years would take some time to recover from. I'm a very sports-minded guy. I should probably contact someone in the organization about questions like this.

It i said that Polish workers work harder than British workers.
Is it not a case of:
1) They are cheaper
2) They have no other commitments in this country

So you are beat, tired, you can't go on anymore. You have given it your all and even your last dime. So what would compell you to muster up some energy again?

A loved one, fear, what?

I am over thirty years old, and I met my girlfriend on Yahoo! Tagged. She is over 30,and lives in Thailand. I changed my beliefs from christianity to a Loving god who created everything that ever was and ever will be. I believe in Buddhist concept of a beginningless and endlessness, yet I am not Buddhist, nor prescribe to any set belief system. I believe in Heaven on Earth and a seamless transition into the infinite, which is based in pure, positive energy, and Love.I believe in forgiveness, and compassion, for all human beings . I believe that I don't need to understand how the universe works, to believe in it, in god. Because my beliefs allow me to love everyone, and everything, how is it that other people feel the need or desire to be judgemental, hateful, persecutory, and insulted, driven by the need to correct me, so that I may somehow be saved by their need to control their own realities?

I recently went to a wedding at a Mormon temple. I was surprised to find out when I got there that I (not being a Mormon) was not allowed inside the temple, and as such, waited outside the temple until the wedding was over.

My main question relates to the fact that almost all the people coming out of the temple were carrying "suit bags" with what looked like some sort of robe. Also, a number of them were carrying suitcases or solid looking backpacks.

Does anyone know what was in the backpacks or the suit bags? I am curious about what went on inside the temple.

Would it get two thumbs up?
Or a low rating?
How much money would your life bring in?
What star would play you?
And what would your movie fall under humor, action, romance, other?
And how would you end the movie?
And what lesson would others learn from watching it?
Also at what age of yourself would the movie start at and why?

The greatest part about this is, you don't even have to believe me, google the issue and read more than a couple of lines, on even the most conservative of sites, you will be forced to concur.

They also made it a point to specify in the constitution that no religious exam should ever be given as part of obtaining either citizenship or an office in the government, and yet every politician, whether they truly believe in your God or not, feels absolutely compelled to state that they have a belief in Him.

I'm curious, does anyone know why America has reverted from an enlightened, well-meaning country, back to the similar European circumstances that we came here to escape in the first place?
