Prosecution is a form of persecution. It is done by many governments around the world at different times including the USA.

Um no, I've never been prosecuted for my beliefs. I haven't been prosecuted for anything.
As far as being persecuted for my beliefs. That hasn't happened to me here in the USA. It likely will be a regular occurance in the time to come, but not now.
But in other countries people who claim Christ are persecuted. They are beaten, jailed, tortured and murdered for their faith.

Am I personally persecuted? Not particularly.
Is the idea of Christianity beginning to be persecuted? In small ways.
Small ways can turn into big ways and that is when the real problems will start. Also I find it amusing that in the attempt to make everything inoffensive to everybody the thing that is changed is immediately offensive to the person losing what they had, but apparently they do not matter.

Have you heard this yet-I would rather believe in God & find out there isn't one when i die than not believing in God & finding out there is one when i die.

No, not yet. But if i feel i am being prosecuted for my beliefs i will do anything (even fight if it comes to that) to see to it that Christians and all others who believe in God are not prosecuted.

No. Until my life is threatened for what I believe, I really can't say that I have faced persecution.
Persecution, as I see it, is being fed to lions and being executed for believing in something.
Persecution is not secularization.
