A good question but my reply may violate the community rules or answer never posted!
One thing why raise discriminatory elements which the world wants to forget for good?

There are non-whites from the old British colonies that fit in very well into British society, like Eurasians, the Anglo-Indians and Sri Lankan Burghers. They speak English, have experienced British culture, are Christian with European first and last names and are mixed with the British. They are proud of their European and Asian heritage too and try to contribute to society as well.

lets be honest.
it is always easier to integrate with people who already have something in common with you - a *generally* tolerant, christian background with common aims and a similar culture.
so, polish and eastern european people are going to be able to integrate better than people who have completely different religious values and culture.
Turkish people generally integrate better than other islamic nationalities/backgrounds, because their version of Islam is more open and tolerant than - for example - someone with a pakistani background

My husband is Far Eastern so I'll go for that. Seriously though, as long as people obey the laws of the land why should I object to anyone.
I like meeting people from all nationalities (I'm British myself). I'm in Slovakia now (You know, us folk can travel there too, it works both ways...) and have never understood the anti-Central European sentiments I've seen expressed in some recent posts I've seen.
