Well? What do you think? I'm pretty smart and I've tried to be religious off and on in my life, but I have so many doubts. Often religion just seems silly to me.

"Having believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession- to the praise of His glory." Ephesians 1:13 This sounds pretty permanent to me. What else could this mean ??

If you are equally as good in both languages you know since being brought up from childhood, do you always think in one language, or both? I suppose I mean if you have two native languages, if that makes sense.
Does anyone have this experience or know anyone who does?

Thank you

Sounds like the chicken or the egg and Darwin couldn't tell.
And when did you become you?
Where is the Creator or the evolution in all of this?

they may be misguided but arent they incredibly pious and obedient? and isnt that what God asks for? it would seem to me that these terrorists are much more devoted to their faith then the sunday christians in the developed nations.....if God told you to give up your life to take out an enemy, would you?

there is a big reason why i dont follow any organized religion, they are all evil and machines designed to control mens minds, and no kind a just God would want to control his childrens minds. God is probably a life force, anyway....

I have a turkey that someone gave to me even though I don't want it as I will be alone tomorrow and boozing all day. That and I really don't know how to cook the damn thing. All I have is the bird and a pan, nothing else. I am thinking about just chucking the damn thing in the garbage.

We gaze at the same stars,
the sky covers us all,
the same universe encompasses us.

What does it matter what practical system we adopt in our search for truth?

Not by one avenue only, can we arrive at so tremendous a secret.

I have been having the same exact dream for the past 4month.
I see something coming out of the water (monster or something) as it rises i cant help myself to notice that he has seven heads and ten horns ( in every dream ) after that he turns to a baby and i pick it up and care for him . Then i take the baby to a cabin where i kill the bay using a sword . weird . I keep having this exact dream every night since like June. so will any one help me and tell me if there's a meaning behind it?

We moved into a victorian miner's cottage in an ex-mining village in 2005.

I had previously lived in Cardiff, so moving to a small village was a big change. For a long time I felt very isolated up here and missed the buzz of the city. We've only recently started to feel more at home in the community.

My son was born last November and he was a true blessing as I had battled fertility problems for many years. I think his arrival has blessed our home and vice versa. It certainly broke the ice and helped us get to know our neighbours better.

But sometimes I still don't feel I "belong" here. I don't think the house is haunted or anything. The energy here is kind and welcoming, but part of me still feels out of place. How can I make this feel like my permanent home? We are a young family and I feel that this must be a positive energy on the house surely?
